The Path is the Q-dance loyalty system. By earning XP through purchases and activity, you progress in rank and unlock exclusive products, rewards and early access.

We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy times surrounding events, holidays, or new releases this may vary. The indicative delivery time counts from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email where you can access your personal tracking link. During busy times your delivery may take longer to arrive.

If you have an account you can check the current status of your order by going to ‘my orders’ in your account dashboard.

You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must meet the expected return conditions described in the returns policy.

To begin the returns process, please go to our Return Portal. You will need your order number along with the email you used when making your purchase. Please fill out the form and follow the directions to make your return.
