Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods (product launches, holidays, festival weekends), processing times may be longer. If an item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be listed on the product page.

If a pre-order item is purchased together with in-stock products, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and carrier availability.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. The tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & import fees

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected from a pickup location, please contact our support team. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the carrier’s delivery window, please contact us. Claims are handled case-by-case.
