Return your online store order

You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your product and place a new order for the desired size.

EU customers

If your delivery address is within the European Union, please register your return through our online return portal.

Log in with your order number and the email address used during checkout. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email. Orders numbers always start with QD-

Non-EU customers

If your delivery address is outside the European Union, please download the return form and add the completed form to your package.

Did you place your order through the Defqon.1 Festival Store or Defqon.1 Click & Collect?

European customers

The return portal will show all available return shipping methods, including the return costs.

Non-EU customers

For Non-EU returns, please check the current shipping price with your local delivery service.

Please follow the instructions from your chosen return method.

You can follow your shipment via the track & trace link. We will send an email once we have a status update on the return process.

Refunds

All returned orders are processed and refunded within 14 days after receiving the package at our warehouse. The value of the returned product(s) will be refunded to the payment method used during checkout.

Did you order using Klarna? The return value will be deducted from the Klarna invoice of this order. We also advise you to register the return in your Klarna account, so the payment can be paused until your return has been processed.

Warranty

If your item is faulty, please register your request through the correct return option above. Fill in your order number, select the faulty item and choose the correct return reason, so our team can review your request.

Additional return information

Hygiene products such as underwear, earrings and socks cannot be returned. Products such as CDs cannot be returned once the plastic wrapping has been removed.
