Return conditions
  1. You can return your order within the trial period of 14 days. The trial period starts on the day you received the order.
  2. The article is in the original packaging.
  3. All products are still in the original packaging / sealing and are unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused.
How do you return your order?
Order placed with account
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on my orders
  3. View the order you want to return
  4. Click on return and choose the reasons why you want to return your order and what action needs to be taken. Enter any other information or for which you want to exchange the product and click on return.
  5. Print your return order and send it together with your product to:

No printer? Write on a paper your name, e-mail address, and your order number of the order that you want to return (the order number can be found at the top right of your order). Add this to your return shipment and send it to the address above.
 
Order placed without account
Download the return form here if you have placed an order without an account. Complete the form and e-mail it to merchandise@q-dance.com. Use as subject: return + (order number). Print out the form and add it to your return order. Send your package to:

Costs for returning
The costs for the return are for your own account. This depends on the weight and size of your return shipment.

You can deliver your package at your local post office
 
How do I know if you have received my return?
Orders placed with account
In your account you can view the status of your return shipments. As soon as the status changes, you will automatically receive a message.
Order placed without account
As soon as the return shipment is handled you will automatically be informed of the status of your return shipment by e-mail.
 
How fast will I be refunded after returning?
We will refund you immediately after your return shipment has been approved. We have processed most of the returns within 5 working days after receipt. How fast the money will be on your bank account depends on your payment method:
 
iDEAL: within 3 working days
Credit card: within 10 working days
Paypal: within 6-10 business days
